Our HOA is a volunteer-led, resident-focused organization that oversees the upkeep, development, and community guidelines of our neighborhood. From maintaining common areas and landscaping to organizing community events and addressing resident concerns we’re here to serve you.
Why Be Part of This Community?
The Country Estates of Commack Homeowners Association was established in 1996 to provide for the preservation of the values and amenities in the community and the maintenance of the open spaces.
Country Estates of Commack consists of 128 homes and almost 75 acres of open space.
